Clients wishing to cancel ongoing services must provide a minimum of 15 days written notice via email to info@1genxmedia.com. This allows us to properly hand over accounts, assets, and data.
All active campaigns will be gradually wound down to protect your ad account health. You will receive all your data — ad account access, analytics reports, creative assets, and account documentation. Any outstanding invoices must be settled. Prepaid amounts for periods beyond the cancellation date will be refunded within 10 business days.
1GenX Media reserves the right to immediately cancel services if the client violates our terms, engages in unethical business practices, or fails to make payments within the agreed timeframe.
