1GenX Media is a performance marketing agency providing digital marketing services. As our services involve significant upfront work, our refund policy is designed to be fair to both parties.
Strategy and consulting fees are non-refundable once the session has been conducted. Monthly retainers are refundable on a pro-rata basis for unused days if we fail to deliver. Setup fees are non-refundable after campaign setup has begun. Ad spend is directly billed to your ad accounts — we do not hold or refund ad spend.
Email info@1genxmedia.com with your invoice number and reason. We review all requests within 5 business days.
Clients may cancel ongoing services with 15 days written notice. Any work completed up to the cancellation date will be invoiced. Prepaid amounts for periods beyond the cancellation date will be refunded.
